Allianz Technology is seeking an Executive Search & Pipelining Expert to join our Spain team. You will lead executive searches, build robust succession pipelines, and partner with HR and leadership to understand talent goals.

Hybrid work model with potential international mobility, focusing on high-touch engagements and data-driven talent strategies to support Allianz Technology's strategic technology leadership needs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in executive search or leadership hiring.
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing platforms, tools and approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels.
• Confidential executive talent placements require discretion.
• Ability to leverage data and insights for decisions.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Familiarity with AI and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end headhunting and proactive pipelining for leadership roles.
• Partner with Talent Management and Leadership teams to understand needs and goals.
• Develop tailored search strategies for confidential leadership roles.
• Map talent across tech industries and geographies to fuel pipelines.
• Use advanced sourcing tools and networks to build talent marketplaces.
• Analyze talent trends and competitor insights to gain competitive advantage.
