The Inter-American Development Bank seeks a Human Resources Principal Specialist, Global Talent & Strategic Partnerships, based in Madrid, to drive talent attraction across non-regional markets and strengthen global partnerships. You will collaborate with HRD, GPS, and European offices to connect pipelines with institutional priorities and expand outreach to high-caliber leaders.

Reporting to VHR, you will lead strategic initiatives, internships, Externally Funded Consultants, APOs, and mobility

Formación

Master’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in relevant field.
7+ years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, international relations, or talent initiatives.
Proficiency in English and Spanish; French/Portuguese desirable.

Responsabilidades

Design and lead a proactive talent attraction strategy for non-regional markets.
Coordinate regional talent attraction across non-regional markets and align with workforce priorities.
Strengthen Global Talent Partnerships with firms, agencies, and professional networks.
Identify senior-level candidates through relationships with governments and institutions.
Engage universities, think tanks, and networks through targeted outreach and events.
Develop flagship talent programs and knowledge partnerships to mobilize talent and knowledge.
Coordinate mobility and campaigns with HQ and GPS to maximize impact.
Engage European partners and governments to explore opportunities and resource mobilization.
