General Dynamics European Land Systems is seeking a Talent & Development Specialist to support the Talent Director with the organization’s learning and development strategy across GDELS. The role focuses on coordinating, administering, and continuously improving training and development programs, learning initiatives, and digital learning platforms, while delivering selected talent acquisition activities.

The specialist partners with the Director of Talent and works closely with European HR

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree in Human Resources.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development and Training Administration with international exposure.
• Experience coordinating training programs across countries and functions.
• Experience administering LMS and digital learning platforms.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and career sites.
• Experience managing training vendors and learning analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deploy training and development programs across sites.
• Manage compliance-related learning activities, LMS administration, and reporting.
• Coordinate learner communications, registrations, logistics, and records.
• Monitor completion rates, participation, and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Curate external learning resources and manage vendor relationships.
• Support coordination of the annual performance process.
• Manage recruitment for specialist/technical roles, coordinating interviews.
• Conduct CV screening, assessments, and initial interviews.
