Glovo is expanding its recruitment team across WE, IT-SEE, PLECA and Africa. We manage end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and build strong sourcing networks to attract top talent.

This role supports employer branding, uses ATS dashboards, and helps shape hiring at scale in a fast-moving, diverse environment. A hybrid model with flexible work options is offered, enabling impactful, global hiring decisions.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience recruiting different profiles in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders, including advising leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisions.
• Experience working with a variety of roles and levels internationally.
• Experience with market research and talent insights.
• Strong and varied sourcing abilities.
• Solid understanding of Glovo’s vision, business model, and operations.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build recruiting partnerships.
• Data-oriented approach to recruiting strategy and goals without compromising quality or candidate experience.
• Knowledge and experience with regional talent markets, particularly WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, and Africa.
• Nice to have: experience in a scale-up or tech company.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruiting, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance
• Develop a deep understanding of one talent market: WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, or Africa
• Tailor sourcing strategies for each region using local networks, job boards, and other resources
• Monitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements for assigned regions
• Coach hiring managers on time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion, and regional adaptation
• Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies for finding top talent
• Use ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
• Support employer branding activities through networking events and e-meetups
• Manage the candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities suitable for candidates
