Docplanner is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across 13 markets with a strong focus on quality, business partnership, and continuous improvement. You’ll run searches from intake to offer, shaping pipelines and influencing hiring decisions with data-driven insights.

You’ll partner with managers and HR across Global Ops, using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools to improve candidate experience and scale hiring across Europe & LATAM.

Formación

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to own multiple searches and build strong pipelines with stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset and experience using recruitment tech.

Responsabilidades

• Own 5+ searches simultaneously and manage full recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and pipeline strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor, providing market intel and compensation insights.
• Drive candidate experience and employer branding across markets.
• Use data and AI to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
