Haier Air Conditioning & Heating Europe is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Barcelona team. This temporary role with strong potential for permanent employment handles end-to-end recruitment across functions, partnering with hiring managers and external partners to build a capable, diverse workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in multinational or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across different functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners when needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market insights.
