Descrizione del lavoro

Glovo is seeking a Supply Operations Lead for its international team. You will own supply performance across the PLECA region, turning data into priorities that improve delivery times, rider efficiency and cost per order.

You will lead an Operations team, partner with GMs and Heads of Operations, and standardize operating models to support growth and seasonality across cities. Strong analytics, leadership, and communication skills required; English at B2+.

Competenze

3-5 years in fast-paced operations, consulting, logistics or marketplace ops.
Experience owning projects and leading teams in technical assignments.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field. MBA or post-graduate is a plus.

Mansioni

Analyse operational data obsessively to identify trends and priorities for improvements.
Translate insights into action plans to improve delivery time and cost performance.
Lead and develop a high-performing Operations team with clear ownership and growth paths.
Own end-to-end performance metrics for courier supply balance and delivery experience.
Standardise scalable operating models across cities to handle seasonality and growth.
Collaborate with General Managers and Heads of Operations on key decisions and market priorities.
Work with global ops and cross-functional teams to deploy new tools and processes.
