Job summary

Glovo is seeking a Supply Operations Lead to own performance across the PLECA region. You will turn data into priorities, lead a high-performing team, and partner with country GMs and Heads of Operations to standardise operating models for growth and seasonality.

You will analyse trends, drive improvements in delivery time and rider efficiency, and manage multiple stakeholders across Commercial, Legal, Partner & Courier Ops, and Product.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability, problem solving and data driven decision making.
• Experience owning projects and leading teams in technical assignments.
• MBA or equivalent post-graduate program is a strong plus, especially with operational experience in on-demand delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data obsessively to identify trends and define priorities that drive customer experience improvements.
• Translate insights into clear action plans that improve delivery time and cost performance.
• Help hire, manage and develop a high-performing Operations team with clear expectations and growth paths.
• Own end-to-end operational performance metrics, ensuring strong courier supply balance and delivery experience.
• Standardise scalable operating models across cities for seasonality and growth.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Heads of Operations as a strategic partner to support market priorities.
• Work with global operations and cross-functional teams to deploy new tools and processes.
• Establish relationships with courier communities and third-party fleets.
