Roca Group is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the economic and financial management of several subsidiaries. This role offers a hybrid work model and a chance to partner with local teams across the group to drive financial excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business or economics, 3–4 years as a controller or in audits within a multinational, and an English level of C1. You will coordinate budgets, monthly closings, transfer pricing, and ERP implementation.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar (financial specialisation valued).
• 3-4 years of experience as a Controller and/or in internal/external audit within a multinational environment.
• Open to Administrative Managers/Directors from SMEs with strong financial oversight.
• English level: C1.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and supervise budgets with variance analysis.
• Analyse and control monthly reporting and annual closing to HQ.
• Establish and monitor transfer prices and fiscal documentation.
• Collaborate with subsidiary admin-finance teams on financial matters.
• Implement internal controls per corporate standards.
• Participate in ERP implementation projects across the Group.
