Verisure seeks a high-impact strategist to drive international GTM initiatives and pricing across markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape propositions, expand into new countries, and refine sales methodologies while coordinating with product and HR initiatives.

The role requires strong cross-cultural communication, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver growth and market leadership.

Formación

• University degree required; MBA valued.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian, French) are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Structured, detail-oriented with big-picture thinking.
• Excellent written and oral communication for slide creation and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead GTM strategy across multiple markets and adapt propositions to local realities.
• Define and test pricing strategies across the organization.
• Collaborate with local teams to define brand positioning, sales methodology, and supporting tools.
• Refine selling processes and tools across countries through cross-country collaboration.
• Develop strategy for adjacent business opportunities and new product ideas.
• Coordinate with Product Development on pilots, implementations, and feedback for new offerings.
• Increase value delivery to existing clients and expand service offerings.
• Lead the global HR strategy with cross-country initiatives and key HR projects.
