Ericsson is launching an 18-month Early Career Program, starting as Strategic Product Manager within BCSS SACN’s UDM & Activation solution line. Rotations include Sales, Commercial Management, Strategy, Supply and Finance with international exposure.

You will contribute from day one, connecting technology with customer needs and business value. You will work with a team on subscriber data and activation portfolios, shaping priorities from insights to roadmap, release and value realization, with

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software or Electrical Engineering, Data, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity to understand complex systems.
• Clear English communication.
• Ownership, initiative and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, customer and commercial teams.
• Interest in connecting technology, customer needs and business value.
• Motivation to learn about 5G, cloud-native telecom, 3GPP, product lifecycle and pricing.

Responsabilités

• Join a global Strategic Product Management community shaping Ericsson’s subscriber data and activation portfolio across 2G–5G and towards 6G.
• Support products throughout their lifecycle: customer insight, strategy, roadmap, release, migration and value realization.
• Grow into ownership of initiatives from portfolio analysis to lifecycle workstreams with measurable impact.
