Job summary

Siemens Mobility invites driven graduates to join a two-year International Sales track with three goal-driven assignments, including an eight-month international experience. You will receive dedicated mentoring and training to sharpen commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

The program supports mobility, offering a permanent contract from day one and two days of mobile working per week. You will join a vibrant international community and gain exposure across the Signaling

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 4 months of international experience or exposure.
• Max 3 years between Bachelor and Master, or up to 1 year after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and stakeholders to build long-lasting relationships.
• Contribute to sales and business development strategies and market entry plans.
• Coordinate bid processes and support cross-department collaboration to secure tenders and projects.
• Provide market intelligence on customer trends and competitor strategies for international railway projects.
• Foster collaboration across HQ, local RUs, Legal, and Finance for timely tenders.
