cinnamood is looking for a Construction and Design Manager to lead the transformation of their brand identity into inspiring spaces in Barcelona. This role involves overseeing the design strategy for new stores, ensuring brand consistency, and coordinating with various team members to create unique experiences for customers.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong communication skills, playing a critical role in shaping the brand’s spatial identity as it expands internationally.

Formación

• Completed degree in architecture, interior architecture, or a comparable field with strong design orientation.
• Extensive experience in retail design, international store rollout, or brand-driven spatial design.
• Strong communication skills with experience in international environments.
• Exceptional sense for brand aesthetics and materials.

Responsabilidades

• Support franchise partners in store construction and setup.
• Define and oversee holistic spatial and functional concepts.
• Supervise space planning, furnishing, and detailed design development.
• Direct integration of graphic elements across store environments.
• Coordinate and evaluate external partners like architects and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and sustainability guidelines.
• Collaborate with branding, architecture, and operations teams.
• Prepare and manage design documentation for various processes.
