Meller, born in Barcelona, is expanding its physical brand presence globally. The Retail & Interior Design Specialist will lead and execute the design of our stores, from layouts and shopfront concepts to detailed floor plans and lighting schemes, ensuring on-brand visuals across locations.

You will coordinate with contractors and suppliers, balance aesthetics with technical requirements, and manage several international projects simultaneously in a fast-growing global brand.

Formación

• Proven experience in retail or commercial interior design.
• Expert AutoCAD proficiency.

Your Mission

We are looking for a Retail & Interior Design Specialist obsessed with creating highly functional, visually striking commercial spaces. You won't just be drawing floor plans; you will be the driving force behind our physical brand presence globally:

• Comprehensive Store Design: You will lead the development of our commercial spaces, creating everything from initial layouts and shopfront concepts to highly detailed floor plans, elevations, and lighting schemes.

• End-to-End Execution: You will perfectly combine strong design criteria with technical knowledge. You will oversee the execution phase, ensuring that furniture, finishes, and architectural details are brought to life exactly as intended.

• International Project Management: You will take ownership of multiple international store and retail projects simultaneously, coordinating moving parts across different countries with efficiency.

• Creative Problem Solving: Whether you come from a pure architecture background or a broader creative field, you will apply your fast, organized, and decisive mindset to overcome technical challenges on site.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in retail or commercial interior design (or a strong background in creative fields). Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD is absolutely mandatory.

• Mindset: You have a unique ability to bridge the gap between aesthetics and reality. You combine a keen eye for design with deep technical knowledge and a focus on execution. You are incredibly fast, organized, and resolutive.

• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.

• Drive: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are highly capable of managing several overlapping international projects at once without letting details slip.

It's a big plus if you have experience with:

• 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray).

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Sourcing materials, finishes, and custom furniture for retail environments.

• Working directly with external contractors and suppliers.
