Cinnamood GmbH in Barcelona seeks a Construction and Design Manager to translate brand identity into compelling store environments worldwide, from concept through architectural execution and material design.

You will drive the global design strategy, ensure brand consistency across markets, and supervise space planning, graphics, and partnerships with architects, contractors and internal teams to deliver holistic brand experiences.

Formación

• Degree in architecture, interior architecture or equivalent with strong design orientation.
• Experience in retail design and international store rollout, preferably in leadership roles.
• Strong communication skills in an international environment.
• Proficiency with design, planning and project management software.
• Excellent brand aesthetics sense with spatial storytelling and practical retail understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Support store construction and setup for new franchises, ensuring design alignment.
• Define holistic spatial concepts including lighting, color, and materials.
• Oversee space planning, furnishing and detailed design development from moodboards to renderings.
• Coordinate graphics integration across store environments (wall designs, wayfinding, signage).
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and agencies to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability guidelines.
• Collaborate with branding, architecture, marketing, operations and franchise teams.
• Prepare and manage design documentation for presentations and production processes.
