A leading bakery and coffee brand is seeking a Construction and Design Manager based in Barcelona, responsible for overseeing the design strategy for stores globally. This role combines creative vision with technical expertise to ensure brand consistency across markets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and strong retail design experience. Formación

• Completed degree in architecture, interior architecture, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in retail design or international store rollout.
• Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support franchise partners in store construction and setup.
• Define holistic spatial concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Supervise space planning and detailed design development.
• Coordinate and evaluate external partners for quality standards.
