Job summary

ALTEN is seeking an International Social Media Manager to strengthen visibility and engagement across its international markets. You will define and manage social media across Europe (Benelux, Nordics, South, Switzerland) and LATAM, combining editorial skill with audience understanding.

Your responsibilities include defining social media plans, creating content, developing campaigns, coordinating with local teams, spotting trends, and optimizing performance with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in social media and content management, ideally in an international or B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, campaign management and performance indicators.
• Ability to balance creativity with results-driven approach.
• Organized and able to coordinate several countries and stakeholders.
• Lead social media activity across a broad international scope.
• Work on diverse business, technology, employer brand and corporate topics.
• Collaborate with communications teams across Europe and LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Define the perimeter’s social media plan, aligned with priorities and Group guidelines.
• Create and edit high-quality content, adapting messages for platforms and audiences.
• Develop and deliver international campaigns from concept to publication and activation.
• Coordinate with local communications teams, providing guidance and support.
• Identify trends and new formats, turning them into content opportunities.
• Monitor and improve performance using KPIs and audience insights.
