Essity is seeking a Production Planner in Spain to support planning and scheduling across manufacturing sites. You will balance demand and capacity, ensure product availability, and partner with production, supply planning, and logistics teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, SAP and Excel proficiency, and continuous improvement. Fluent English is required, and prior experience in manufacturing planning helps you excel in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in production planning, supply planning, materials planning, or a similar supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, and planning systems, with confidence working with data and operational reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive, organized, and collaborative working style.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain production plans and schedules, ensuring alignment between demand requirements and manufacturing capacity and constraints, adjusting to the optimal production sequence.
• Monitor production capacity, identify potential constraints, and support actions to minimize disruptions.
• Help maintain healthy inventory levels of finished goods and key materials while balancing service and efficiency objectives.
• Work closely with production, materIal planning, logistics, and customer-facing teams to manage changes and priorities.
• Support planning decisions by evaluating potential impacts of demand fluctuations, capacity changes, and special production requirements.
• Track planning-related KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and service levels.
• Maintain relevant planning data and support the effective use of SAP and planning tools.
