Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager to lead Site Start-Up activities for LATAM with a global scope. The role requires 3/4 years of prior site activation leadership experience within a CRO context, working across countries and cultures in a remote setting.

The incumbent will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive timelines, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior SSU staff while maintaining site activation quality and profitability across assigned programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree, Higher Degree Preferred; 6+ years CRO/SSU or clinical trial experience.
• English advanced.
• Excellent understanding of clinical trial processes across Phases II–IV and ICH GCP.
• Good understanding of clinical protocols and study specifications.
• Excellent understanding of clinical trial start-up processes.
• Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Good vendor management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Quality-driven in all managed activities.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for customer-focused leadership of Site Start-Up deliverables within country/region/globally.
• Directs technical and operational SSU aspects of assigned projects.
• Accountable for activation-ready study sites on time and on budget.
• Oversees all SSU activities from site selection to activation and life-cycle maintenance.
• Develops SSU timelines and reports progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Mentors and/or oversees less experienced SSU Managers.
