• Bachelor’s degree required; English advanced.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes across Phases II–IV.
• Proven project management experience in a CRO or SSU environment.
• Vendor management, budgeting, and risk assessment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Site Start-Up (SSU) activities across country/region/globally to deliver activation-ready sites on time and within budget.
• Oversee SSU timelines, reporting progress and addressing risks with the project team and sponsor.
• Mentor junior SSU staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and sponsor processes.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, essential documents, and master documentation for site activation.
