Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO in Madrid seeks a Service Business Development Manager to drive global Transport & Logistics service growth, coordinate between customers, Market Organizations and the SBU, and execute service solutions across the customer lifecycle.

You will develop growth strategies, identify opportunities, and lead the deployment of service offerings while collaborating with international teams to improve revenue, profitability, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field.
• MBA or advanced business qualification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in service business development, strategic account management, service sales, or commercial leadership.
• Experience within Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain, Material Handling, Warehouse Automation, Transportation Infrastructure, or Industrial Services.
• Demonstrated success driving service revenue growth and customer penetration in a B2B environment.
• Experience working with global customers and cross-functional international teams.
• Experience with Value-selling methodologies and ROI-based customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth, market development, and customer penetration for the T&L Service business globally.
• Develop and execute service growth strategies and portfolio penetration.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new service opportunities across parcel express, warehousing, and related industries.
• Lead negotiations of regional and global service agreements and support launches.
