Intuitive is seeking a Service & Subscription Contract Coordinator to manage contracts, billing, and renewals for Spain and Portugal. You will draft, review, and negotiate service contracts and digital addendums, ensuring compliance and timely revenue recognition.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and Tender teams, maintain contract databases, process billings, and support system enhancements while delivering excellent customer service across multilingual stakeholders.

Formación

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate service contracts and digital subscription addendums and documentation for renewals and offerings.
• Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, regulations, and revenue recognition requirements.
• Enter and maintain service contracts for released products in the Contract Database; process service contract billings and POs.
• Maintain Intuitive’s contract databases and generate reports to monitor contract status and revenue.
• Support Tender team with data and insights related to Service Tenders; collaborate with IT on system improvements.
• Back up the tender cycle for Spain and Portugal, including tracking, submission, and renewal.
