Group-IPS in Madrid is seeking a Project Director/Senior Project Manager to lead international EPCM projects and strengthen our team in Madrid, Spain, with open mobility. You will manage project lifecycles, bids, and team mobilization, with flexibility for travel across regions.

Formación
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including 8–10 years in project management.
- Experience managing international CAPEX projects (> €250M) in a decentralized structure.
- Hands-on experience across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience in Brownfield, Greenfield, Shutdown and Demolition contexts.
- Proven track record of winning offers and preparing competitive proposals.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; willing to travel internationally.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee project and portfolio management, including contracts and changes.
- Lead project setup and team mobilization.
- Develop offers and present/defend to clients.
- Recruit and manage Large Project team; perform project audits.
- Deploy project-management methodologies and continuous improvement.
