Group-IPS is seeking a Project Engineer with on-site experience to join our Madrid team, delivering industrial projects from feasibility to commissioning in an international EPCM environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in project management for Food & Beverage, Pharma, or process industries, and strong planning, cost control, and documentation skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with willingness to travel on projects.

Formación

• Engineer with construction or site management experience in industrial projects.
• Minimum 2 years in Food & Beverage preferred; Pharma, Chemicals, or Biochemical industries also valuable.
• Knowledge of process engineering, utilities, commissioning, equipment, automation or construction supervision.
• Experience in planning, cost control, documentation, and site coordination.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• On-site availability in Madrid with national mobility depending on projects.

We are looking for is looking for a project Engineer with experience on site to join our team in Madrid. Join an international EPCM company specialized in Engineering, Project Management, Automation, and Architecture for industrial projects across more than 10 countries. We are looking for an engineer with 2 – 4 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally within Food & Beverage, Pharma, or process industries. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and engineering to construction and commissioning, working on mid‑to‑large scale industrial projects in an international environment. The role of the Project Engineer is to deliver to the client the more than satisfactory quality of the services within the budget and planning defined. What is the role about?

• We are looking for an engineer with experience in industrial projects, including project documentation, planning, cost control, and construction supervision.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle is valued, from feasibility and permitting to construction and commissioning.
• Knowledge in process engineering, utilities, equipment, automation, and industrial environments is highly appreciated, especially within the Food & Beverage sector.
• Experience in procurement, permitting, and mid-to-large scale projects is considered a strong asset.

Requirements
