Qualifications

• Lead site identification, feasibility, regulatory submissions and site contracting.
• Develop and execute Site Activation Management Plans aligned to study strategy and objectives.
• Perform protocol amendments.
• Drive study start-up timelines and critical milestones.
• Managing regulatory strategies, approvals and essential study documentation.
• Negotiating contracts and regulatory documents while ensuring local and global compliance.
• Identifying risks, resolving issues and implementing mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead study start-up activities across global, regional, and country-level programs, ensuring studies are activated efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule.
• Working as part of an integrated cross-functional team, you'll partner with sponsors, sites, and stakeholders worldwide to accelerate patient enrolment and drive successful clinical trial delivery.
