Job summary

Allianz Services is building the Allianz Security Operations Center (ASOC) to provide 24/7 threat intelligence, incident response, and crisis management capabilities. The ASOC Operational Lead will unite people, processes, and tools to deliver disciplined operational action and continuous improvement.

You will build and mature the operational lifecycle, coordinating with Intelligence and cross-functional teams across the globe, while reporting to the Group Protection & Resilience team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in security management or equivalent security experience.
• 8+ years in physical security operations and crisis management.
• Leadership of regional or global security teams in 24/7 enviroments.
• Strong project management and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; German fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee threat and incident management using intelligence and priorities.
• Develop and mentor a multinational team across hubs.
• Improve ASOC processes, playbooks, escalation thresholds and KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day ASOC operations including shift scheduling and triage.
• Lead response to threats and coordinate crisis response with the crisis team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Groups, functions and regions.
• Ensure security systems and tools are available and fit for purpose.
• Provide clear updates and decision-support to senior leadership.
• Run drills, exercises, and preparedness reviews for high-impact events.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
