Job summary

Allianz Services operates the Allianz Security Operations Center (ASOC) to monitor threats, incidents, and travel security for Allianz Group. The ASOC reports into Corporate Security’s Group Protection and Resilience Team and supports a 24/7 operational capability across geographies.

The ASOC Operational Officer role focuses on intake, triage, escalation, coordination and reporting, with close collaboration to the Intelligence team and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, emergency management, international relations, or related field.
• 2–5 years in physical security, incident response, crisis support, or 24/7 operations; financial sector experience is a plus.
• Experience with incident intake, triage, escalation, logging, and handovers.
• Knowledge of security technologies and platforms including mass notification and incident tools.
• Excellent English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess incoming security alerts and incidents following ASOC procedures.
• Execute initial response actions for physical security incidents.
• Collaborate with ASOC teams across hubs to meet objectives.
• Operate ASOC systems including travel security and incident management tools.
• Maintain accurate incident records for reporting and governance.
• Provide operational updates and incident summaries to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with ASOC Intelligence Team to inform decisions.
• Support drills, readiness checks, and training.
• Track reporting of operational indicators like incident volumes and response times.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and data protection.
