Job summary

Opella Digital leads the technology foundation for a newly independent global consumer healthcare company. We are seeking a Lead SAP Commercial Solutions Architect to shape the future of our commercial technology landscape.

You will lead a team of ~5 SAP experts, define the architecture roadmap across SAP S/4HANA, and partner with senior leaders to align technology investments with growth priorities. This role demands strategic thinking, delivery excellence, and global program leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA or enterprise applications.
Proven leadership in global, matrix environments.
Experience with Order-to-Cash, Pricing, and promotional workflows.
Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of ~5 Solution Architects and SAP experts.
Define architecture vision and roadmap for Commercial & Growth Hub.
Oversee Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Trade Promotion, and Revenue Growth capabilities.
Partner with senior stakeholders and ensure security, compliance, and resilience.
