Modis International Ltd is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA transformation lead based in Barcelona, Spain, to drive process readiness and template standardisation across deployment sites. You will oversee workshops, data readiness, testing, cutover, Go-Live, and post-go-live support while aligning business units with core processes.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in large-scale SAP transformations within regulated environments.

Formación

• Proven SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment experience.
• Strong business process expertise with an SAP background.
• Experience leading Fit-to-Standard and Fit-to-Template workshops.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities.
• Experience with data readiness, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business transformation and process readiness across deployment sites.
• Align business teams with core processes and drive adoption of standardised templates.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard and Fit-to-Template workshops, identifying process gaps and improvements.
• Ensure site readiness including business, legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate data mapping, cleansing, validation, and overall data readiness activities.
• Define test scope and business scenarios; support testing phases.
• Coordinate cutover planning, Go-Live, hypercare, and post-Go-Live support.
• Support change management, training, communication, and user adoption initiatives.
• Capture and promote best practices and escalate process improvements when required.
