OSRAM Lighting S.L., Madrid, Spain, is seeking a (Senior) Staff Engineer IT HR Solutions with SAP HCM expertise to implement HR business requirements, focusing on payroll and time management. The role includes 3rd-level support, process design, and project coordination, with external resources as needed.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of SAP HCM experience, PA/PY, PT, OM knowledge, plus ABAP, ESS/MSS, and preferably SuccessFactors. English is essential; German is a plus in a global team.

Formación

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience (3–5+ years) in the SAP HCM Environment.
• In-depth knowledge of PA and PY payroll, including time management (PT), certification, and OM; Austrian payroll knowledge is a plus.
• Good ABAP programming skills are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of ESS/MSS and experience with SuccessFactors is desirable.
• Team player with a global, multicultural mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently within the SAP HCM environment to implement HR business requirements, focusing on Payroll and Time Management.
• Provide 3rd-level support including payroll processing, time evaluation, incident and problem management, and system enhancements.
• Own the design and optimization of business processes and systems.
• Plan, prepare, and coordinate projects within your area, including external resources management.
• Implement support packages efficiently.
