ITW Automotive is seeking a Salesforce CRM Analyst & Developer to help transform and standardize the global CRM landscape across Europe. You’ll combine hands-on Salesforce work with business analysis and AI experimentation, supporting rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideally you’ll have 5+ years of Salesforce experience, strong Sales Cloud skills and a passion for AI-enabled development. The role is based in Spain, with Barcelona preferred, and offers hands-on problem solving in

• 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Advanced Salesforce administration and configuration skills.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex, Aura/Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations (SAP/ERP).
• Familiar with DevOps/CI-CD and release management.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with Sales teams to understand requirements and business processes.
• Translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve existing solutions.
• Build proofs of concept and test new ideas quickly.
• Support integrations with SAP, ERP and other systems.
• Support CRM rollouts, enhancements and continuous improvement across European businesses.
• Work on data migration, data quality and validation activities.
• Support testing, releases and user adoption.
• Experiment with AI-assisted development and agentic approaches to improve speed and quality.
• Identify where AI adds real value while maintaining human judgement.
