ITW Automotive is seeking a Salesforce CRM Analyst to lead the redesign, global deployment and standardization of Salesforce across regions. The role focuses on transforming end-to-end CRM processes, driving harmonization, and improving adoption and performance on a worldwide scale.

Based in Spain, you will partner with Global CRM Lead, regional analysts, and vendors to align capabilities with business objectives while allowing local flexibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Salesforce CRM roles.
• CRM transformation / redesign and global programs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end redesign of CRM processes focusing on harmonization, scalability, and automation.
• Define and maintain global CRM standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with regional teams and vendors to align regional needs with global templates.
