ITW EU METAL FASTENERS, ubicado en Granada, busca un Salesforce CRM Analyst/Developer para transformar y estandarizar su landscape CRM global. Se espera experiencia hands-on en Salesforce y un interés real en AI y tecnologías emergentes, con capacidad para colaborar con ventas y usuarios clave.

El rol implica diseño, configuración y desarrollo de soluciones en Sales Cloud, integración con SAP/ERP y participación en mejoras continuas, con enfoque práctico y capacidad de trabajo independiente.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Salesforce CRM.
• Experiencia sólida en Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Administración y configuración avanzada de Salesforce.
• Experiencia práctica con Apex, Aura o Lightning Web Components.
• Experiencia con SOQL/SOSL y Salesforce Flow.
• Conocimientos de APIs e integraciones, idealmente SAP/ERP.
• Conocimientos de DevOps/CI‑CD y gestión de releases.
• Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y pruebas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar con ventas y usuarios clave para entender requisitos y procesos.
• Traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones Salesforce.
• Diseñar, configurar y desarrollar funcionalidad de Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Desarrollar con Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL y Salesforce Flow.
• Resolver problemas y mejorar soluciones existentes.
• Realizar pruebas de concepto y validar ideas.
• Apoyar integraciones con SAP, ERP y otros sistemas.
• Apoyar despliegues y adopción por usuarios en Europa.
• Trabajar en migración de datos y validación de calidad.

At the same time, we are exploring how AI-assisted and agentic development approaches can help us design, build, test and improve our salesforce applications faster and more effectively.

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Salesforce CRM Analyst & Developer to join our team and play an important role in transforming and standardizing our global CRM landscape, while supporting ongoing rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong hands-on Salesforce skills with business curiosity and a genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies.

You do not need to be a very strong AI expert today but hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-assisted development would be a strong advantage. We are looking for someone who is curious, eager to experiment and excited to explore how AI can improve enterprise application development in salesforce.

What you will do

• Work directly with the Sales teams and key users to understand requirements and business processes.
• Translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve existing solutions.
• Build Proofs of Concept and test new ideas quickly.
• Support integrations with SAP, ERP and other systems.
• Support CRM rollouts, enhancements and continuous improvement across European businesses.
• Work on data migration, data quality and validation activities.
• Support testing, releases and user adoption.
• Experiment with AI-assisted development and agentic approaches to improve speed, quality and productivity.
• Help identify where AI adds real value — and where strong human judgement is still essential.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Advanced Salesforce administration and configuration skills.
• Hands‑on development experience with:
• Apex
• Aura and/or Lightning Web Components
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flow
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data and security model.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations, ideally including SAP or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD and release‑management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform Developer I/II.
• Experience with Salesforce AI / Agentforce.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar development tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript or similar.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments.

Location

The role is based in Spain, with a preference for candidates located in Barcelona or within reasonable commuting distance.
