ITW Automotive is seeking a Salesforce CRM Analyst & Developer to help transform and standardize its global CRM landscape while supporting rollouts across Europe. The role blends hands-on Salesforce development with business analysis and AI experimentation to improve speed, quality and productivity.

Formación

• 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Advanced Salesforce administration and configuration skills.
• Hands-on development experience with: Apex, Aura and/or Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data and security model.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations, ideally including SAP or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD and release-management processes.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the Sales teams and key users to understand requirements and business processes.
• Translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve existing solutions.
• Build Proofs of Concept and test new ideas quickly.
• Support integrations with SAP, ERP and other systems.
• Support CRM rollouts, enhancements and continuous improvement across European businesses.
• Work on data migration, data quality and validation activities.
• Support testing, releases and user adoption.
• Experiment with AI-assisted development and agentic approaches to improve speed, quality and productivity.
• Help identify where AI adds real value — and where strong human judgement is still essential.
