Job summary

Cisco España is offering an internship in the EMEA Sales Legal department. You will support drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements for local and international customers, while learning from experts across IT, IP, Privacy, and AI domains.

You will gain hands-on experience in cross-functional projects and research while contributing to the team’s business-focused legal work, in a highly international environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Enrolled in a master's program or has completed it.
Strong interest in IP, Privacy, Security, and IT.
Ability to read and understand complex contracts.
Ability to create English and Spanish legal documents.
Knowledge of Spanish commercial contract and business law.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the legal and business teams.
Supporting the drafting and negotiation of commercial and technology agreements for local and international customers.
Participating in cross-functional and legal innovation projects, including AI-powered tools.
Receiving training from subject matter experts on IT, IP, competition, Privacy, AI.
Analyzing legal issues and researching queries from internal stakeholders or Cisco’s customers.
