Job summary

Cisco is offering an internship in the EMEA Sales Legal department located in Madrid. You will work closely with legal and business teams to draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements for local and international customers.

You will participate in cross-functional projects, including AI-powered tools, and receive training from subject matter experts on IT, IP, competition, Privacy and AI topics.

Qualifications

• Interest in IP, Privacy, Security, IT and tech law.
• Ability to read and understand complex contract provisions.
• Knowledge of Spanish commercial contract and business law.
• Ability to draft English and Spanish legal documents for internal/external use.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with legal and business teams.
• Draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements for local and international customers.
• Participate in cross-functional and legal innovation projects, including AI-powered tools.
• Get training from subject matter experts (IT, IP, competition, Privacy, AI).
• Analyze legal issues and research queries from internal stakeholders or Cisco's customers.
