Cisco Systems, Inc. in Madrid offers an internship opportunity in the EMEA Sales Legal department. You will support drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements for local and international customers, and participate in innovative legal projects leveraging AI tools.

You will train with experts on IT, IP, competition, privacy, and other evolving tech law areas. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, and a master’s degree track is preferred.

Formación

• Strong interest in IP, Privacy, Security, IT, and the legal frameworks surrounding technology.
• Ability to read and understand complex contract provisions.
• Ability to create English and Spanish legal documents for internal and external use.
• Aptitude for understanding industry practice on legal issues.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the legal and business teams.
• Support drafting and negotiation of commercial and technology agreements for local and international customers.
• Participate in cross-functional and legal innovation projects, including AI-powered tools.
• Receive training from subject matter experts on IT, IP, competition, Privacy, AI.
• Analyze legal issues and research queries from internal stakeholders or Cisco’s customers.
