Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or equivalent.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in railway signaling projects or engineering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead international projects from initiation through delivery across multicultural teams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk; provide regular reporting.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, claims, and changes with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards and Siemens processes.
