Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Ground Transportation Coordinator to manage international road freight operations across Europe and beyond. You will coordinate pickup to final delivery, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with customs requirements.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and English is essential, with additional European languages a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of international road freight operations and customs documentation experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international road freight shipments across Europe and non-EU countries from pickup to delivery.
• Oversee transport process including collection, tracking, and last-mile delivery.
• Prepare and verify all transport and customs documents for import/export road freight.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers, customers, carriers and internal teams to ensure compliance.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve incidents promptly.
• Communicate status and documentation updates with customers, carriers and teams.
• Support billing and validate supplier invoices.
• Build strong relationships with customers through timely, quality service.
• Collaborate with European and international branches to optimize operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
