The ideal candidate will have experience in operational roles, oversee logistics, and ensure high standards in training delivery. Formación

• Proven operational experience in Armed Forces, security, or similar.
• Ability to lead field training and manage logistics effectively.
• High standards and strong operational discipline required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate training courses and logistics.
• Select instructors, materials, and resources.
• Conduct various training sessions including HEAT, SERE, and Bootcamp.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Conocimientos

Operational experience

Leadership in field operations

Logistics management

UAS certification

K9 training experience

TCCC/HEAT/SERE credentials

Operational English
