SGS is seeking a Training Lead – Global ERP Implementation to design, develop, and deliver training content for end users across multiple regions and 120 countries. You will collaborate with experts to create materials, manuals, and programs, and deliver sessions virtually and in person.

Ideal candidates have a background in education/training, 3+ years in ERP training, and strong instructional design; experience with e-learning tools and a global, multicultural team is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with e-learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual classroom tools).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

As the Training Lead – Global ERP Implementation, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training content to ensure end users across multiple regions and business units are equipped to effectively use the new system across 120 countries.
