AstraZeneca is seeking a Global Scientific Training Director–R&I to lead the development of launch readiness curricula across brands and markets. You will partner with Medical Affairs leaders to translate strategy into role-based training and real-world practice, using AI-enabled tools to tailor learning and measure impact.

The role requires strategic thinking, development of content, and strong collaboration with global and local teams to drive engagement and performance in pre-launch

Formación

• Leadership to define global learning strategy for launch brands.
• Design and deliver Medical/Scientific training grounded in adult learning principles.
• Ability to translate medical strategy into training deliverables and assets.

Responsabilidades

• Define global learning strategy for launch brands and assess training needs.
• Develop therapeutic area curricula and scenario-based practice.
• Direct vendors to produce innovative, blended learning content.
