Roche seeks a GCS RIS Support & Training Specialist to bridge clinical laboratory expertise with IT and application support for our RIS products. You will empower international teams as their dedicated trainer and coordinator for critical systems and workflows, with responsibilities spanning remote and on-site support, knowledge sharing, and documentation.

Fluency in English is required, Spanish is a plus, and you will travel up to 30% to collaborate with global affiliates and customers.

Competenze

• Experience in support, training, laboratory workflows, and QC.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• Global teamwork in a matrix or self-managed setup.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

Mansioni

• Provide second-level application and technical support, remotely or on-site.
• Continuously acquire and share RIS product knowledge and training materials.
• Train end users, trainers, service reps and product managers.
• Maintain and update knowledge pools and service documentation.
• Publish and maintain training content and service notifications.
• Coordinate trainer certification and recertification.
• Assist in pilots, prepare documentation, and support launches.
