Job summary

Glovo, part of Delivery Hero, is seeking a Reporting and Controlling Manager in Barcelona to lead a team of 5–6 accountants. You will own month-end close, IFRS reporting, and strengthen the control environment around the financial close.

You will collaborate with corporate and local teams, drive process improvements, and oversee OneStream reporting efforts while coaching your team to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in accounting, reporting and consolidation or financial controlling.
• Fluent English is required.
• Big 4 experience followed by accounting/ reporting roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own global month-end close and monthly reporting to Delivery Hero.
• Review IFRS financial statements of subsidiaries and group consolidation.
• Design and implement controls over the financial close with risk-based approach.
• Partner with accounting teams on month-end close, controls and coaching.
• Define RACI models and embed redesigned processes.
• Lead projects on presentation and IFRS treatment and reporting tool enhancements (OneStream).
• Coach and develop the team and be main contact for Delivery Hero and HQ Finance.
