Element Solutions Inc in Spain is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Compliance & Surveillance to lead global regulatory intelligence, interpretation, and compliance execution. You will identify evolving regulatory developments early, translate them into actionable requirements, and communicate them to the Product Regulatory organization and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, Toxicology, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, chemical compliance, or a related technical function.
• Deep knowledge of global chemical regulations, including REACH, TSCA, GHS, chemical inventories, restrictions, and registration frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or complex global programs.
