Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, Toxicology, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, chemical compliance, or a related technical function.
• Deep knowledge of global chemical regulations, including REACH, TSCA, GHS, chemical inventories, restrictions, and registration frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or complex global programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory surveillance, monitoring global developments and translating them into actionable requirements.
• Own interpretation frameworks and drive impact assessments for products, materials, markets, and operations.
• Develop compliance strategies and oversee registrations, notifications and regulatory-driven programs.
• Provide regulatory knowledge sharing, training materials, and stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement in surveillance and compliance delivery.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed regulatory team.
