Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Healthcare Compliance Leader to build and oversee the Spain compliance program, aligning with global strategy and local regulations.

You will partner with Commercial and Medical teams, monitor developments, draft policies, and provide training to ensure compliant product launches and ongoing activities.

This role requires extensive experience in pharma compliance in Europe, strong communication, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 10 years' relevant experience, including in-house pharmaceutical compliance programs.
• Proven ability to lead across a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with European pharma compliance and Spanish laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory developments into practical business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous development of the Healthcare Compliance Program in Spain.
• Advise local Commercial and Medical teams on risk-based compliance.
• Collaborate across functions to adapt global initiatives in Spain.
• Oversee review of HCP/HCO interactions and promotional materials.
• Monitor regulatory and industry-code developments in Spain.
• Draft and implement compliance policies and training.
• Foster a culture of compliance and integrity.
