Job summary

Ericsson España is seeking a Compliance Officer to lead cross-country risk assessments within the CIRA framework. You will manage stakeholder interviews, data testing, and reporting while guiding remediation and governance across regions.

Strong regulatory knowledge and analytical rigor are essential for this role. The candidate will work with a global Compliance network, applying AI responsibly, and contribute to the evolution of risk taxonomy and assessment tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Compliance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, audit or investigations.
• Strong knowledge of anti-bribery, AML, sanctions and export controls.
• Excellent interviewing and investigative skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading risk assessments and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope assessments and define objectives for each engagement.
• Lead structured interviews with business stakeholders to map processes and risks.
• Test transactions and analyze data across procurement, invoices, travel, gifts, and other areas.
• Assess compliance exposure across ABAC, AML, sanctions, privacy, ESG and related regulations.
• Prepare and present executive-level findings and remediation recommendations.
• Maintain evidence trails and ensure audit quality and confidentiality.
• Refer potential misconduct to investigations per procedures and follow up on remediation.
