Job summary

Puig is seeking a dedicated professional to support the management of office lease contracts worldwide and assist in coordinating fit-out projects in line with Puig guidelines. The role involves tracking expirations, coordinating timelines, budgets, and CapEx data, and coordinating renovations with brokers and internal teams.

You will work with the Real Estate team to ensure alignment with Puig’s objectives, attend project meetings, and help monitor progress across Puig offices globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in office real estate or facilities management.
• University degree required.
• Spanish: native or bilingual proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking lease expirations and coordinate actions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate timelines for new leases, renewals, or fit-out projects.
• Support data gathering for budgets and CapEx definition.
• Maintain tools to monitor lease agreements and office projects.
• Coordinate renovations or relocations with brokers and internal teams.
• Attend project meetings and assist with logistics and communications.
