Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or final year in a related field; strong academic performance preferred
• Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in related areas are a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and project tools like Asana must-haves
• Experience with process mapping, business requirements, or continuous improvement is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and other languages are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate COE projects and follow-up across different workstreams
• Track project plans, actions, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions for stakeholders
• Support deployment, adoption, and management of commercial tools; act as first point of contact for users
• Contribute to business integration and process mapping during market integrations
